1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Faxara website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Faxara provides a virtual assistant matching and management platform. We connect businesses and individuals (“Clients”) with trained virtual assistants (“VAs”) across a range of service categories including customer support, ecommerce, finance, marketing, and more.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Faxara, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when submitting a hire request
  • Treat VAs with professionalism and respect
  • Pay for services in accordance with the agreed plan
  • Not attempt to hire VAs directly outside of Faxara during or within 12 months of an engagement

5. VA Responsibilities

  • Provide services to the standard agreed at onboarding
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Communicate proactively and meet agreed deadlines
  • Not misrepresent skills, availability, or qualifications

6. Payment Terms

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your plan with 30 days written notice. Faxara reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Faxara website, including text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Faxara and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faxara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Faxara reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
