Getting started

How quickly can I hire a VA?
Most clients are matched with a suitable VA within 24–48 hours of submitting their enquiry. Onboarding is usually completed within the same day.
What information do I need to provide?
Just fill out our contact form with your service needs, required hours, and a brief description of your tasks. Our team handles the rest.
Can I try before committing to a plan?
We offer a free 30-minute consultation call so you can ask questions and understand the process before choosing a plan. We also offer flexible month-to-month plans with no lock-in.
What if the VA isn't a good fit?
We'll replace your VA at no extra cost. Client satisfaction is our priority and we take mismatches seriously.

Every Faxara VA goes through an application review, skills assessment, video interview, and background/reference checks before joining our network.
Where are your VAs based?
Our VAs are based across multiple time zones, allowing us to provide coverage that suits your business hours and location.
Can I communicate with my VA directly?
Yes. Once matched, you'll have direct communication with your VA via your preferred channel — email, Slack, or video call.
What if my VA is unavailable or on leave?
Every plan includes a backup VA arrangement so your work is never left uncovered.

What do the plans include?
Each plan includes a set number of hours per month, a dedicated VA, and access to specific service categories. See our Pricing page for full details.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is fully transparent. You pay the monthly plan rate and nothing else unless you add extra hours.
Can I add more hours mid-month?
Yes. Contact your account manager or reach out via our contact page and we'll arrange extra hours at a prorated rate.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation penalties.

Working with your VA

How do I assign tasks to my VA?
Most clients use a shared task manager like Trello, Asana, or a simple Google Sheet. Your VA will follow whatever workflow suits you best.
What hours does my VA work?
Your VA works the hours agreed during onboarding. Most clients choose to align with their own time zone for real-time collaboration.
Is my data and business information secure?
Yes. All VAs sign confidentiality agreements. We recommend using role-specific access and not sharing master passwords.
Can my VA attend meetings or calls?
Yes — many of our VAs join client calls, handle scheduling, or represent your business professionally on calls if required.
